Diet Motivation
It is often hard to stick to a diet. In fact, over 95% of people who go on diets fail miserable. This is due to the fact that most diets deprive the body of necessary nutrients and wreak havoc on the metabolism. Here are some tips to keep you motivated on your diet. 1. Choose a diet which lets you eat a reasonable amount of food and don't deprive you of any nutrients. That's why I recommend not using any low fat, low carbs, or low protein diets. 2. Don't compare yourself to other people. There will always be people who will lose weight faster than you do. You should only look at your own results. 3. Don't weigh yourself each day - It's unlikely that you will see results from one day to the next. It's very easy to lose motivation if you weigh yourself too often. Once a week is quite enough. 4. Exercise often. Exercising helps to keep your body active and also improves your mood. Exercise 3 times a week at least. |
